So, what is the represent of all these negative trust. Are these representing that you/your site are the best gambling site or something else? Also why you avoid to tell the rules which user break on their private message. You just say that "you have broken our terms and conditions. But never explain which terms and condition breaks!!

I have the impression that if they wrote which ToS rule was broken, many people on this forum would consider it a lie or too laconic information and the witch-hunt would continue.
Unfortunately, we will never be sure whether the author of the accusation is actually a victim of a mistake or a real scammer.
