Now that makes me smile If this guy is sitting somewhere in Russia he has a pretty good chance to get away with it. Where do you live, Europe, US? Do you think your local police department will motivate Russian law enforcement to act immediately? 

I will wait and see what is going to happen and I don't think that this thread is useful to anybody. No information provided and no real solution at hand.
