I registered the account played a few times and then i did not log in for months until i heard they are starting the sports book and since i wage in sports i wanted to see the platform and when i tried to log in after months i was not able to and when i tried to recover my account it said that the username does not exist. I am not sure why they should delete accounts, never mind i will start another one and hopefully that is not against TOS Grin

I have not got online for months also mate but when i logged in few days ago there is no same issue as yours , maybe best to contact support first because creating another account will bring you issue in future specially if you manage to win bigger and try withdrawals because this might come that you have multiple accounts according to your IP or some things they may track your activities.

AFAIK they are only issued KYC requirements but not clearing inactive accounts specially for not being online just for months.
