But if it’s on a regular basis, you should probably do something about it. Either take a break, or maybe even see a doctor.

It's like a disease that really needs advice from a psychiatrist because if this continues, I'm worried about the mindset of people who are affected by this. because this is no longer a fatal dependence and indeed this is not uncommon, so we need the role of a psychologist or psychiatrist to fix this, at least with that we minimize unwanted things so that things like this don't become extraordinary addictions.
