I watched that video posted by one guy and connectors are totally squashed, but they are probably made from some cheap material and bad contact could happen again in future even if you open your device and ''fix'' it yourself

Imagine paying 119 euros for this faulty device, and they send you replacement that is also faulty, so you have to pay shipping and customs multiple times, like it happened to some people in previously posted comments.
This is just getting started, I suspect much more people will start to complain when they receive new nano x devices.

Integrated batteries are not good for hardware wallets, but I like the idea of having standard batteries you could take out whenever you want and replace with new ones, like Keystone and Passport are doing.
