The Betja Support does not answer either to my emails nor to tickets I have created on their website (they simple close tickets without responding). I think sharing what had happened and what does the communication runs is important in this thread because this maybe facing similar issues in the future so gamblers might know which to prevent or something from the team which to upgrade.
this is a goodwill of the team responding and sending back your funds but not all of the players can contact them here in forum as there are many players from outside bitcointalk so letting us know here can bring more good or bad feedback from the teams end.
