They use the average bitcoin price from Coinbase and Binance. You can see this information in their FAQ. I haven't checked the price in Coinbase but I observed it on Binance and noticed that their displayed price always remains $15-$20 higher than Binance price chart. This is like a trading game. Based on the leverage, a bet will stay active for 5 minutes to 1 hour. But you can cash out your bet before the expiration time. BTW, I'm glad to see that they won't charge any fee for the withdrawals.

Hey Beparanf, as Mahdirakib has mentionned, the price you see on 500xbit.com is calculated using an average of the latest price we get from Coinbase and the latest price we get from Binance.

Coinbase's bitcoin price is in general set a little higher than Binance which is why you might see 500xbit.com bitcoin price a "$15-$20 higher than Binance price chart"
