It's because you have to pay a fee of 0.0002 BTC. So, it's not possible to lower the min withdraw for BTC to $10. For other currency, it can be lowered though. Instead of minimizing the min withdrawal, I would rather ask to minimize the withdrawal fee though sometimes, the fee required is high.

Moreover regarding the adding of more coins, it would be better if you add coins those have higher marketcaps.
I would suggest you to go for RIPPLE and USDT.
These are my personal favourites and i am sure many other gamblers too will love to see these coins in the site.
