Not exactly, NoMercy66 got over 1 BTC custom bonus year ago - the rest os correct.

And now, year later, account reactivates and someone with broken english demand money from us. There is absolutely no ground for this claim.
We would be glad to throw any big bonus for real NoMercy66 to be honest, guy was great and also legit High Roller. But whoever is in charge of this account now just doesn't seem to be him, there was also no logins, wager, etc for the past year.

maybe it was the case that you ask him to do KYC, then made comparisons of the IP address he used in the past with his current IP and with his proof of residence documents, you could also ask him to take a selfie and with that if if he proves that he is the real owner of the account since he created the account then you would give him the 10% he is claiming he is entitled to and the matter is resolved.

let's be clear here, this isn't a bonus anybody is entitled to --- it was something that was given on ad hoc basis too some VIP players, not a formal agreement or stated requirement too meet to receive it, at the time all calculations were done and given after a negotiated price as part of a loss back and has been paid at that time. Even if this is nomercy in actuality, which if you read above from his screenshotted messages in the past too how he's talking now seems doubtful, then there is still no entitlement regardless, something made even more awkward from this reaction after literally a year of no-activity and out of blue claim.
