the point is that you don't have to apologize here. You should apologize to your employers, campaigns owners. they are damaged here because they paid for something badly done, the result is that this unprofessionalism will be reflected on them.
Just imagine what their potential Italian investor ^{those who do not read this thread and your apology} will think of them, they could not do a correct translation.

It's no big deal if you count or don't few retweets, but for things like this, you should have zero-tolerance.
