I do accept what you are talking about, there are some legit projects in the market that does not have the same hype as shitcoins in the market and hence they wont be getting the necessary eyeballs from investors and i know a few projects that have legit use case and yet the investors are neglecting them because they lack in marketing.

But i still hope that these coins will prevail the test of time and eventually their true value will be showed in the future while the pump and dump coins will eventually die off.

The reason behind this is that they get easily profit in a short period of time and then those who are left behind are the victim of this hype because they can't able to sell when the price becomes dumped in the market. As we can see, there is no survival of pump and dump coins, eventually, they all die after the event, so we must be very careful of what we invested, there should be real investors and real use rather than the price going up because of the hype. However, it is very to spot them quickly because usually a low volume of coins in the coinmarketkap are easily be manipulated.
