That's just the start of their plan to continue running their platform for gambling. It's a promotion and to gain trust from gamblers. Who would want to gamble on a casino or other gambling site that you cannot trust your funds. In order to gain trust, you must run promotions or events that will attract gamblers and a site that is well equipped like having a customer support 24/7 and many more. Even old gambling sites experienced problems and need the help from their gamblers like in withdrawal process or deposit process.

It common to see things like promotions from gambling platforms however most of the gambling websites that I've visited and gambled on aren't as smooth as this one.
