They defeated Tottenham the last time maybe but they must keep winning and have their previous form back. As it stand now if Arsenal wins their two outstanding matches they would have 45 points two points below Chelsea same with Tottenham, a big challenge awaits Chelsea if they flop in their upcoming matches, as it stand now only Man City and Liverpool UCL spot is guaranteed while Chelsea, Arsenal, West ham, Tottenham and Man Utd will slug it out for the remaining two spots, no wonder EPL was rated as one of the best league in the world and very competitive infact relegation teams are also battling hard just as Liverpool and Man City are eyeing the EPL trophy.

Premier league is rated one of the toughest League, because it highly competitive. And also when it comes to Premier League, no teams are underrated. Talking about the relegation teams, Norwich City are on of the club that are likely to escape been relegated, because their performance seems a bit improved. They surprisely secured 7 points in their last 3 premier league matches. While, Chelsea have to belt up and probably avoid losing points. Although, they are 7 points ahead of West Ham on the standings. They won't be easily overtaken.
