rx 6700 xt uses best -clkernel 1 and -rxboost 1 is for polaris cards. If PhoenixMiner -list shows
rx470 as gpu1 and rx6700xt as gpu2 try this:

Phoenixminer -amd -acm -clKernel 2:1 -hwm 2 -tt 2:60 -ttmem 2:70 -hstats 2 -fpwm 2:4 -cclock 2:1100 -mclock 2:1170

I don´t set the cvddc and mvddc as the AMD driver under linux takes care of that automatically.
