Still defending the 1xbit scammers.... here is another account I had to temporarily remove from my ignore list because I was curious whether a reply was given to a victim and to see how the sock-puppets were defending the 1xbit scammers.
In short, if the
security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. The last reply the 1xbit scammers made to the victim in the
dedicated thread was on 18th March 2022 therefore asking in that thread after 6 days for a reply showed patience by the victim:

In fact, I suspect he has already received this reply in an email, and now his goal is to spam this thread as this same make many accounts before him. Anyway, I informed him in the hope that I am wrong and his case would be resolved positively.
If you complain about waiting too long for an answer, you should know that quite often such cases are dealt with not only a few days but much longer.
