Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. Why 1xbit support doesn't want to solve their customers' problems, if they can solve these problems through support then those customers would not have to post here anymore. Instead of showing this user various ways to solve his problem, tell 1xbit to change their activities and stop cheating gamblers. This kind of defending will not work for you unless 1xbit is trying to be honest.
Why do you think 1xbit does not resolve the complaints of its users? They do it all the time. From what I can see, the waiting period for a response may not be very pleasant, but it depends rather individually on the complexity of the case and the overall number of cases in the queue.
