You should start creating scam accusation as early as possible since you already wait for a couple of days without any feedback coming from there support. Most of the Casino has live support but I don’t know if 1win have this feature since I don't know wtf there website. Anyway you should file already so to give warning to all the user. Just make sure you have a complete set of proof to support your accusation.

As far as scam accusation is concerned, there is no need to wait as no one responds here. He can make a scam accusation which may only aware people that 1win is a scam site but his unfortunately his issue may not be resolved.

It is a pity that no representative of the site is active here on the forum. It may be wise to inform them on other channels to advise that someone comes on the forum anyway to solve problems directly. I think that would also be very good for their own reputation.
