Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. Why 1xbit support doesn't want to solve their customers' problems, if they can solve these problems through support then those customers would not have to post here anymore. Instead of showing this user various ways to solve his problem, tell 1xbit to change their activities and stop cheating gamblers. This kind of defending will not work for you unless 1xbit is trying to be honest.

According to the post of them they (1xbit), try to solve the issue and problem arises for their users and the solved many cases. Though I do not believe any of these. As you know according to the community 1xbit is a well known scammer and they can steal fund from any users.

that is what they are trying to tell people and to prove that even in words they are scammers lol, because they cannot even stands what they are promising Grin

I will never trust everything what this scammers says because the longer they stay is the more victims they got.
