How long the bonus expired? AFAIK it's not announced on the requirements. No, I didn't cancelled it intentionally, I was placing my bet and then see I won the bet, but my winning bonus still not credited yet.

They do have withdrawal problem, but not yet can be said as scam.
I feel it's ironic when someone judging a casino had some complaints call it as scam while he promoting well known scam casino and close his eyes regarding a bunch complaints about his casino he promote. @Royse777 work as manager, while @bitlucy work as casino's team, however if they both want to create multiple accounts, it's allowed.
