You nailed it.

Dough recipe: different, but very similar to the one I am using (I have the recipe stamped on washers, no chanche i am going to reveal it).
Cooking dough and tomato sauce then adding other toppings is something you have to do when baking at home, with lower temperature oven and probably thicker dough than at the real pizzeria.

Definetly one of the few in this thread I would like to taste.
