Volnovakha - destroyed around 85 % of buildings
Rubizne - destroyed around 80 % of buldings

I doubt it.
They try to hit factory in Kyiv the third time (and they missed it again).
First one - 15th of March
Second one - 28th of April
Third time - 25th of June

Two times (28th of April and 25th of June) they hit civilian buildings.

Let us look into what russians hit by the third time:
- Civilian building (1 missile)
- kindergarten (1 missile)
- another civilian building (1 missile)
- roof of one (!) of many factory workspaces (1 missile)

25 % accuracy.

So what they can do with such accuracy is to destroy civilian infrastructure, that's all.

Lets assert, however laughable, that your 'facts' and figures are not pulled straight out of your ass as is the norm. I didn't say that the Rooskies won't go after the adversary even when they use human shields, and it seems that there is no more favored place for ZioNazi fighters than schools and hospitals. Judging by the tiktoc vids and what-not, so-called 'Ukrainian defenders' seem draw toward schools like flies to shit. The second biggest attraction seems to be atop apartment complexes.

As of the first month or so, it does seem that civilian buildings will take a hit if UKrainian forces are to be found there. Else, they seem to prefer to avoid unnecessarily collateral damage. This is probably in part because they have no intention of leaving almost any place they have captured, so we'll have to see what happens if/when they march on places they don't care about for the long term. My point is that Kiev in it's entirety could easily look like the worst pics from Mariupol if Putin desired it. It doesn't so logic indicates that he doesn't.
