Just to clarify the information... the fee that Arsenal are asking for Listandro Martínez is a "mere" 50 million Euros, which is fair because we are talking about a young player and a contract that runs until 2025.
For the asking price, I believe Arsenal are in a better position to sign him (despite both being in very healthy finances), but in my opinion he would be a better fit for Manchester United's style of play.
On the other hand, I don't rule out the possibility of Martínez staying at Arsenal, which wouldn't be a bad thing either.

@CryptocurencyKing, I also believe he is going to be a good addition to both teams but he will eventually go to the team that pays more money for him. He should also fit in any team composition very well. If I am not wrong I believe he is quite a versatile player.

As far as I am hearing Arsenal has offered 34 million for this player. That means they are really interested in this player. Arsenal is trying everything that they can do to be a better team going into the next season. They have spent more than 135 million in this transfer market if I am not wrong. This defender can give good stability to the defense of any team. That is why both Arsenal and Manchester United are very interested in him and I believe Manchester United is the team that made defenders like him more compared to Arsenal.
