Actually you just need to check Electrum's repository on GitHub to see older version.

That's not a seed phrase, it's not even random. It comes from a poem by Kubla Khan:

Only "jan" is missing from the poem.

And those words isn't even exist on Electrum mnemonic version 0.X. I checked both version 0.61b[1] and 0.30[2], but i found only few words exist on those version.
