Did you use any promotion like deposit bonus?Sale2000 provided screenshots that suggest he cannot use his funds until his KYC verification and withdrawal have been approved. There are casinos that deliberately delay withdrawals so that the user will continue to gamble and possibly lose his money, but I don't think that's the case here.

Crypto casinos do not want to imply KYC/AML unless they have some alerts. After all crypto should be accessible for all. When there is any alert then they do it so that they can confirm the same user is not exploiting their system with another accounts. It always do not help though. But at-least does some filtering.
