Man sollte da direkt mal anonym eine Anfrage and die BaFin schreiben was die vorgaben sind oder wie die es sehen.

Es gibt zum Beispiel die FATF = Financial Action Task Force, welche auch in Deutschland aktiv ist und gegen Terror und Geldwäsche kämpft. Während Corona haben sie eine Empfehlung für Deutschland ausgesprochen. Ein Bargeldlimit wird in vielen Ländern in Europa niedriger, in Deutschland noch nicht, aktuell bis zu 10.000€ möglich. Ausnahme Goldkäufe bis 2.000€. Googelt man nach Bargeld - Entwicklung - Service oder ähnlichem, dann ist vieles nicht wirklich positiv. Also denke ich, das solche Service wie Crypto Mixer bei der BaFin und Co. sehr unbeliebt sind und sie diese auch eher bekämpfen möchten.

Mit dem Modell, wie Wasabi es anbietet, würde das irrelevant werden. Mit den zkSnacks wird die Menge betrügerischer Transaktionen in den Mixvorgang drastisch reduziert und damit nicht nur Geldwäsche verhindert, sondern zusätzlich die Fungibilität der gemixten Coins erhöht.
