Hello, it appears the client doesn't want to hear or proceed with suggested route.
1.We are not owned, operated or have any relation to owl.games. We use a software provider for our games that's it.
2. Client is refusing to conduct any KYC requirements, and strangely none of his duplicates.
Every comment on public forums by sandboxcasino.io states they are against KYC as evidenced by FrankBank’s post on Bitcointalk.org where he stated this about KYC: “I agree it shouldn't be applied to the crypto users“.
They posted on LCB.org that they have “no KYC policy” (July 22, 2022 posting on lcb.org)
SandBoxCasino has also stated clearly that the other 13 accounts must do kyc too before the issue can be resolved. I only have 1 account at SandBoxCasino and I don’t have any way to get 13 other people to provide their KYC, so the whole process is pointless and simply another stall tactic to avoid paying me.
To the casino management- please stick to your stance posted on public forums about no KYC for crypto. You have dragged this out for 2 months and only now are you coming up with the KYC excuse. The amount of requested information is ridiculous! Please live by your motto of “It's Simple: Fun and Fair.”

They are now cutting ties with Sandbox which you have good case here. Stop badgering there ANN now because you are just hurting other business. Owl is your only chance to really prove that you are telling the truth.
Yes, we have actually informed SandBOX that we want to cancel the partnership but we are still in discussion for a proper exit route for it. SandBOX is a liability to our reputation now and we endeavor to fix it.
At first I thought Owl will gonna keep standing with sandbox despite its shady way to handle the accusation professionally, but ending the partnership only show that this casino have balls to stand for the truth so you got my respect. I hope that you really help the user on his fight against sandbox since you are the only entity who can prove that his winnings is legit because you are the software provider that can validate the profit. Please do your part to release the official statement about the real result of his game history whether it’s valid or cheat.
