Although XRP is always in the top 10, I doubt XRP is the right choice for investment. Moreover, as you said, for investors who bought XRP at
ATH price 5 years ago, until now have not felt profit and are still in a loss position. In which the other top altcoins managed to pump in 2021
and reached the new ATH price, while XRP had difficulty returning to the ATH price. Even I doubt XRP will be able to touch the price of $1 if
the crypto market recovers, therefore buying XRP in my opinion is too risky. There are many other choices of coins that are safer and better
than XRP, so my advice is to avoid investing in XRP even though the current price of XRP is relatively cheap. Instead of buying XRP I would
