The more we think and check the market price, it affects our mindset and even bothers us - stressful, really.
So I think, the best way to keep out of that stressful life is to stay away from crypto and accept the reality that this is not meant for us. Because as we stay in here, not a single chance we can get away from thinking negative as it was been started already. In the end, it will not just lose our money but kinda be affecting our confidence.

This only happens when you are really worried about it and actually when you don't trade and do for the long term then why always check it because obviously your goal is not right now because I personally when doing for the long term always determine target in advance for a period of how many months or years for example.

We can't eliminate the feeling of being worried, in fact, even experienced traders may felt the same as well.
If you are just holding and aiming for long-term or have the plan to just sell them 5 years from now as an example, I don't think it was necessary to check the market everyday. If we do this thing, I was sure this could make some changes of your mind and instead of waiting for 5 years, that might be cut into months or weeks.
