I think you are reading it wrong..... if you are referring to what they are saying in the picture you send. They are just saying that if you play Sports bets... your wagering there are counting 3 times more to your progress in the VIP ranking. Wink

Probably betting limits, he can't place bets for big multis and can't bet over limited $ amount per bet slip. Maybe something was wrong, I am also curious what support said about this case.

I also got limited years ago. You can see it once your "max bet button" disappears.
After that I can bet like 10$ on singles on basketball where I could bet an easy 1k before.

I doubt it is decision of odds provider since other users have no problem placing higher bets. Better to play somewhere else that doesn't limit winners who have edge in sports betting.
