I agree with decodx that the platform has no right to ask for KYC since they are unregulated by the government.

Well, the casino has the right to do anything they want, that's how casinos works, they sate the rules and if the users aren't agree to those rules, then they can leave the site.

Well, in this context, to "have a right" refers to being lawful or performing actions that are in accordance with the law. Therefore, I think members here are right when they say that casino sites have NO RIGHT to collect personal data from their users if they themselves are not regulated and in accordance with international or local laws. I mean, they can, and many online platforms do, but that does not mean it is legal or that they have the right to do so. I know, semantics.   Wink
