All we have is assumption, Betfury is accusing you of using Bot, instead of proving them that you did not use any Bot, you called them a scammer. That definitely don't work in your favor. Instead of getting the support and sympathy of the customer support, you annoyed them as hell. That action alone can have your account banned since other casinos are too sensitive with these kind of behaviour. Anyway, I wish you good luck that you are able to convince via proof that you are playing clean.
in addition with what you said, betfury has already built their reputation and i don't think they would want to ruin their image now with this allegation. if he is confident that he is not abusing any of site's terms, it is easy to reach out their online support and ask what's the issue with his account.
if the site has noticed him, then, maybe, his account is showing unusual activities that flag down the casino's security. he can always ask the support of the site to clarify things.
Well if you read transcript I asked support and they said "Your account had been blocked forever for the abuse of our system by using bots towards our crypto boxes." When I asked for evidence nothing. And later they said "I'm sorry but unfortunately, the account cannot be restored".
Also how would I prove that i didn't use bots. All I have is time and date when I claimed boxes as there is 1 other faucet that I use and claim coins there and I can claim it every 20 minutes just like it was before on betfury but it's pointless since they said acc is blocked forever and they can't do anything.
