It's mainly because of the lack of transparency and communication. Don't take it the wrong way, I still love you guys, but you CAN change the rules, you CAN change things, but you have to inform everyone properly and clearly.

Coin_trader was right. The wagering requirements of x20, or is it x40, the amount of the bonus is indeed VERY hard for small players like me, and what's the point of winning a big bonus from free spins in Dig Dig Digger if we cannot reach the wagering requirements?

I have a bonus of 1.79 mBTC that I may never clear. That bonus would have been mine before the changes. Can the admins give that away to the active users of the chat box?

This is what I'm trying to point out before because it's very hard for a normal user to extend the bank roll just to clear the minimal bonus. I believe you can still clear it little by little by playing casually blackjack since it's the lowest house edge you can get if you play it by the book without any unnecessary decision making. It might take you months if you will play slow and safely but atleast you can still get your bonus overtime. Just think of it like a rakeback or some sort of cashback on your bets.

There still a chance that you can still receive it once they revert back the bonus system since you get it before the bonus was implemented. Try to use the new live support to raise your request.

When I disagreed with you, I actually thought that I wouldn't be encouraged, nor discouraged by the bonus' wagering requirement. But knowing the fact that the bonus is there waiting for me, I tried to play more than my usual time and lost more than my allocated daily budget, and it was more than the bonus. I usually defend that when casinos want to give bonuses to customers, they give the customer the option to play with the bonus, for example if a person creates an account, he deposits 100$ and earns 100$, but to withdraw the 100$ of bonus the casino requires that the person plays and wins 20 games, so that the casino releases the 100$ of bonus for the person to play, if the person manages to turn the 100$ of bonus into 2000$ then the person could withdraw, that is better than leaving the 100 $ static and the person has to play with the 100$ he deposited, that discourages anyone, I don't even see why giving a bonus if it's to do things that way

You don't need to remove it you can ignore the bonus and just focus on playing it is the best way so as not to affect your game pattern

if people are preferring to play ignoring the bonus, then the casino has to see this and change in this matter of bonuses, because the objective of the casino when putting something in the casino is to please the customers, it makes no sense to put bonuses in that way. I particularly would also play and forget the bonus
