they still haven't solved the problem and from what I see it will take much longer to solve the problem, something very sad if you ask me, because when it's this type of case the casino needs to guarantee that it can solve the problem as quickly as possible, in this case I I think it shouldn't take too long because the OP wins seem strange to me so the provider wouldn't have too much trouble seeing this issue, but strangely it's taking a long time to resolve
