I have the same issue as cryptostuneris.
I was playing the dice game and won about $40,000. I couldnt believe it and I was elated as Ive never won that type of money before. I was so happy as that much money is life changing for me. I was able to make one withdrawal of $10,000 (their daily max) before i got suspended for suspicious activities and now Im unable to log in.
I reached out to support and they flagged my account so I needed to kyc. It has been over 2 weeks since I submit my kyc and still no luck.
I have been contacting support via intercom and they read my messages but havent responded since they told me that they are waiting for the game provider to review my bets.
I dont have anything against owl.games for doing their due diligence to ensure nobody is abusing their system but i would really like to get this resolved because I could really use the winnings for an important unexpected emergency and I am hopeful owl.games will see this so I can finally be able to withdraw money that I legitimately won.

The violations are not limited to, VPN usage, fake ID, invalid KYC doc, multiple accounts etc.

The documents I submit to you are not fake. The fact that you cant distinguish between a real document or fake document is concerning to me. And if you really have the legal right to take the money back I will see you in court because my documents are legitimate. I cant believe this is even happening right now.
I made another account because I could not even contact support without making a new account. I didnt make any deposits or withdrawals on the new account i created.
And as for invalid KYC doc, please have your risk department reply to my email specifying what documentation they specifically need so I can provide it.

Please dont do this. You will just exposing your personal info or whoever ID you are using just to prove your point.
Let me ask you something, Do you manage to verify in other casino or exchange using the same documents? If you do then you can provide it here as a justification that your documents is valid. We cant verify if you are telling the truth or not here without exposing your ID publicly which we dont preferred method. Ask someone trusted here that can do a verification if your ID is valid or not in private if you are really willing to prove that your documents is authentic.

It's just coincidence you bringing this problem after the recent problem has resolved, you created this account today and brought your problem. How did you know about this forum and just contact owl.games after Cryptostuneris's problem just solved yesterday? Too much coincidence IMO
Agreed. This is what Im thinking too the moment I saw his post but I want to give him the benefit of the doubt since Owl acknowledge once again that he already have an active case like my first look on @cryptostuneri case that I easily judge.
