At bare minimum, i expect any SSD will alive as long as it's warranty duration. But personally i still use 5-6 years old SSD to store OS.

I doubt it take that long if the HDD is exclusively used to run full node. Although i only could give number to rebuild Bitcoin Testnet or Signet on old 3.5" HDD Roll Eyes
