yes of course. most of the big investors when the season is bearish like this say its a big discount we should take it at a cheaper price to double our future profits when winter is over.
but what needs to be remembered is that it is not wrong to buy coins or altcoins when the prices are big discounts when they are bearish. this will lead to losses without gains. because if we choose the wrong altcoin that doesn't have a good future and doesn't have a good reputation, when they are bullish they will waste more.

OP's just telling basically it's good to find good projects or cheap coins or shop some coins that lost some value and possibly that in the future, it will go up higher.

actually in a bearish situation like this, almost all good projects are cheaper than the previous price, that's for sure you can choose a good project from the top 10 coinmarketcap.
but what I'm worried about is good projects falling apart when the bull comes.
I mean when investing in a good project that looks like it will have a very high future value when the bulls come, there is an accident that makes it difficult for the coin to go higher.
