I think they have a right to terminate their service with you as per the terms of service and you should respect their decision too.

However, at least the casino management must provide reasons or clarity for the problem. Every casino site must be able to properly solve the problems experienced by its users.
However, this can affect the reputation of a casino, so that there is no gambler who is disappointed with casino decisions without definite clarity so that gamblers can act as they please because it can damage good reputation and make other gamblers distrust the casino site.
I think also giving a reason or clarity is not a difficult thing for casino managers.

Before even naming Bustabit reputation, one of the most solid on the whole crypto gambling sector, you should at least read properly last page of this thread where Devans (aka casino management) wrote for yet another time the widely explained to that user the reasons why he cannot use bustabit anymore and also added he is not going to repeat them for a couple of solid reasons in the bolded part below , therefore acting in a very professional way

At least the casino management can provide a direct and precise explanation so that users who experience these problems can immediately understand what has happened and they don't feel disappointed or their complaints are not given a good response by casino management.
If this happens to you and there are a number of assets in the casino's wallet, but after you file a complaint the casino management says they will provide more responses and reasons at a later time without any immediate resolution, then what are your actions and what are you going to do ?.
Are you just going to continue to be patient to wait for a settlement and response given by the casino manager at another time which is not clear when.

It is not the case. I don't think you had followed the whole story here, there are no assets freezed in players balance : he cannot just use their site anymore , he can ( and guess he did) withdraw his remaining balance there if there is any.

Well you say he hasn't followed the story but your statement is completely false. There are locked funds in multiple accounts. I will provide screenshots if you wish. The focal point of my post was to get unbanned entirely since the initial ban reason was completely objectively false by Daniel, however if I have to settle for just getting my money back that it what I'll take. The owner is reluctant to see the evidence that his ban reason was false which in my opinion just proves my case. I'll even give YOU my bank statements to prove the amounts I play with are affordable. (Just put your email next response).

According to bustabit's TOS, the only documented cause for ability of the owner to legally forfeit accounts as he so chooses, are ones which are dormant for 2+ years. In any other case, according to not only the BAB TOS, but also to the governing and statute of Curaçao , closing accounts or indefinitely locking a user's funds is prohibited.

If you pick anything up from the TOS or legislative stature of Curaçao to suggest otherwise, do let me know in response to this.
