Both of your order 11906 and 11156, the refund are bounce back to us. Here is the copy from our bank and with the reason why it bounce back.
Can you please double check with your bank and proveded us the rihgt bank details, so we will process the refund again. Thanks!

I assume so. I dont see why they had problems with the BoA account, but I now told them to send to our Well Fargo instead.
