I suggest you to create a scam accusation thread for your case and you can follow the format in this
thread. It is just unfortunate, they are new here and there is an issue like this. It does not make senses for me if they cant give you the reason why they need to investigate your bets, even worst they said that investigation may take up to 6 months. The amount is not that big for a casino that claim themselves as Top casino, they should prove themselves that they are top by serving players and resolving issue as soon as possible.
