When I was 5 years old, I didn't know what cellphone was, not like nowadays children who are already operating cellphones at the age of 5. And with the kind of things, we see on the internet these days, it is showing that they will be impacted negatively rather than impacting them positively, Children with cellphone at this modern age no matter how much you monitor them, it is only going take a good home training and self-discipline of that child not to get involved in the negative things that the internet exposes them to. So, to me children getting exposed to the use of cellphone and internet at that early stage in life, requires a lot of hard work from the parents to monitor them as much as they can.
