I guess most of you doing reviews could get targeted by matrix since you guys are making new accounts, taking bonus, doing required roll over and trying to pay it out. Basically the behavior pattern that every multi account bonus abuser would do.

And as Trofo mentioned, I will need to check if the system works as intended or if the KYC rule wasn't followed by our CS, either way you'll get your money and I hope you'll leave this campaign with a happy face.

Update 6. Feb: This has been actioned and you've been messaged by the CS. It should be sorted out

Yeah, it's all sorted now and I've successfully received my withdrawal. The KYC matrix was likely triggered because I put a random name on the first name and last name personal details, i.e. "dbshck bitcointalk". Thanks for looking into it.
