This is basically the opposite of what you said before, "self-depent". Why still depend on the power of the government?
Most of the people from that community only carry a lot of hope from bitcoin, but they don't know that bitcoin will not be able to change to a better financial level without doing anything like normal people do to achieve it.

we can agree that bitcoin will reduce poverty and do other things according to you. However I will not agree with you that bitcoin will reduce the rate of crime, instead I will tell you that bitcoin is a vehicle through which so many digital crimes are committed.
Apart from the above, bitcoin does not give anybody employment. The educated need some skills they can offer in order to earn through bitcoin.
The uneducated may not have any skill to be employable in bitcoin but rather have to invest their already made money.
