Of course, even almost every day I contact the support team they always say the same thing, I suspect KYC is processed by a third party
The support team can not do anything other than waiting for information from related parties.

probably contacting the support everyday won't help that much with that matter since it'll just add unnecessary stress on the team
unless it's really urgent matter
