it seems like other scam site that had just forced because of Bitcointalk presence and they have no choice but to release the deposit amount so there will be no Scam accusation to be pointed?

but for me OP file a proper scam thread here, because site like this is not to be trusted completely .

and since you also mentioned that this is not about KYC, so meaning it is a clear confiscating of funds once players won against their site?

I would rather play in site that has a green flag here than this one , stay away from this site guys .
