I do not think that they would be this terrible ever again. I am not saying they will win the league next season, of course the recovery will not be that big, but I do believe that they are going to be better than this year without a doubt. They should be given a chance, and if they finish the season anywhere in top 6, that would be a good improvement for the team.
I believe that is what they should aim for next season, to finish in the top 6, that may look like it is not a big deal and it will not give them a bigger fan base or make them happy, they will want more after spending so much money but at the end of the day if they improved, that's good enough. Look at Arsenal, they kept on losing but then they ended up winning eventually, just give them some time.

Chelsea don't need any more players, they just need a good coach to make use of the players available, the management are the problem, they lack football experience. I never supporter them hiring Lampard again, when we have good coaches . Lampard can't coach these players, they need an experienced coach to build and unite the together.
