It nice to hear that your case is resolved. I believe the casino will process any withdrawal as long as they don't have any issues with the casino like cheating and exploiting bonuses. Probably those that claim that their case is unsolved had done something that breach the terms and conditions of the site.

I hope blackjack.funcan do something about this. I experienced to undergo KYC before here and being inaccessible the site is during this process is really frustrating since you can’t access the chat support to follow up the request. It is normal for a licensed casino to ask for KYC, it is abnormal if they are not. So we shouldn't be surprised if a licensed casino ask for KYC since it is one of the regulation imposed by the government to prevent money laundering and other illegal money transfers.
