After the first withdrawal request they asked for verification and I uploaded all my documents the same day. A week has passed, my account is not verified and I can no longer access it  Huh

Stay away from them.



Looks like my account is finally verified, at least I got access to it, hopefully they will also process my withdrawal soon Smiley DMed my login to the casino representative.

I don't know why they block the account before verification, but since I got my money all good now  Cool

It nice to hear that your case is resolved.  I believe the casino will process any withdrawal as long as they don't have any issues with the casino like cheating and exploiting bonuses.  Probably those that claim that their case is unsolved had done something that breach the terms and conditions of the site.  

Sorry to hear about it. But yeah during the kyc verification you can not access the account as I know.
I hope blackjack.funcan do something about this. I experienced to undergo KYC before here and being inaccessible the site is during this process is really frustrating since you can’t access the chat support to follow up the request. His blunt accusation probably due to the frustration of not seeing his account updates.

I think that it can be improved if the casino is still accessible but players betting capability will be disabled until the KYC procedure is finished somthat user can still browse their account. It may cause some panic attack to the newbie experiencing a long KYC process and only the KYC notification screen is available. Btw this suggestion is based on my experience with different casinos during the KYC procedures.
It's not only him who experienced it but we all who signed up on Blackjack.fun and made at least 1 withdrawal experienced it, so there is no need to worry. It's only kinda annoying at first because you can not access the gambling site so yeah your suggestion is good, same with other sites that we can still play around while waiting, only to kill our boredom.

We can as well access the customer support and inquire them about the status of our account. In the case of Blackjack.fun, their forum representatives here are active. We can always pm them here about that matter. For customers, it will be better to calm down first and don't end up creating a negative thread about the casino as it can only make your situation worse.

It is normal for a licensed casino to ask for KYC, it is abnormal if they are not.  So we shouldn't be surprised if a licensed casino ask for KYC since it is one of the regulation imposed by the government to prevent money laundering and other illegal money transfers.  There is indeed no need to worry as long as we don't break any terms of the casino.
