I do agree with you.... bigger sites are losing touch with the smaller gamblers, because they focus too much on the highrollers. It's unfortunate that smaller gamblers are being neglected, because several 100's of smaller gamblers ..make up 1 or 2 highrollers.

This is to be expected, a casino is a business and while it will try to satisfy all its customers if given the choice it will focus way more on the whales, since it is easier to satisfy a single customer than hundreds of them.
Still I would say that the experience I get on the casinos in which I pay is still very favorable, and while the bonuses are not out of this world when I compare them to what a whale can receive, this is still better than receiving no bonus at all.
I think the answer depends upon the frequency on how a person gambles within a given time-frame.
For example, if a person gambles intermittently, then it is recommended that they explore and try to gamble on minor gambling websites that offer relatively high bonuses compared to other gambling websites. On the other hand, if a person frequently gambles, then it is highly advisable that they build their account in a highly-reputable gambling website for their security and loyalty bonuses.
Personally, I still prefer to gamble on major gambling websites due to the security that they offer. Even if they require KYC, there is still that sense of security that one may feel when they gamble on their platform.
