From what I'm seeing in the screenshot that the accuser posted. It seems that for me he is being force to say that he has many accounts and indicate those clearly in the chat. We readers won't know the truth unless Rollbit itself show some proofs that he has created other accounts. I'm sure that rollbit can detect their customer IP and devices that is used for log in and sign ups. I don't like how rollbit support assess the situation because the support mentioned about being honest with the multiple account. It's easier to say that they detect the accuser of having a multiple account than making their customer indicate it themselves. It's like a trap for me to be honest.

The way conversation goes, I feel that Rollbit has a strong proof that the person has an altcoin. It is either the accuser is lying or someone got accessed to @OP's device and create an account without him knowing. The discussion seem to go nowhere. I know the site can record the mac address of device used to access aside from the ip address. So it is possible that Rollbit really have a solid proof that @OP has an alt account. But if the player is stating the truth then that alt account requirement is just a way to make the conversation stuck and go no where since the player can't really say anything if he really has no alt account. I also think to establish the alt account issue, Rollbit should informed the player of the alt accounts he is using.
