As far as I know, creating a second account is not prohibited. So why not take advantage of this chance? Of course, if the ban (reason) of the first account doesn't limit the second account in any way.

This is the peculiarity of rules (laws) that everyone must adhere to (follow), without any concessions to certain individuals. Make an exception for one and everyone will want the same thing. As a result, this rule will not be followed at all.

In fairness, perhaps that's how it should be. The user displays a list of his good deeds so that the BTC-community can assess the significance of these actions for this forum.

This is how legendary accounts show an example to all other newbies that they don't know the rules. What does the banning rule sound like?

At least, you shouldn't say it out loud. However, I do not doubt that patience for several years for those who had several accounts is simply impossible.
